Our Amenities
Our Swim
Our pool and cabana area opens on or around Memorial Day and remains available for use through Labor Day. Access to the facilities is controlled via a secure gate system and monitored by security cameras to promote a safe and enjoyable environment. As a reminder, the swim area is reserved exclusively for homeowners/residents and their accompanied guests. All guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times.

Our Multi Use Courts
Our court area has recently undergone a comprehensive revitalization, which included crack repair, resurfacing, electrical upgrades, installation of new equipment and netting, as well as the addition of a modern electronic gate access system. The upgraded facility now features two pickleball courts, one tennis court, and a dedicated children's play area. This attractive and well-maintained amenity is open year-round for community enjoyment.

Our Playground
Our playground, Tripp Copponex Park at Liberty Estates, was dedicated to son of the Copponex family who passed from SIDS. The family once lived in our community and are owners of the playground company that collaborated with our community to install our upgraded playground structures. From the kindness of neighbors, supporters of the Copponex family, and community members, additional monetary donations were provided to put some finishing touches on our park- including the canopy that provides ample shade for our children during the summer. Our playground is dedicated as a place of Joy, Hope, and Friendship.

Our Common Areas
Our common areas consist of a many small areas throughout the subdivision. The most notable common area is located at the end of Tatum Court. This large area consists of an open space overlooking a body of water. This area is several acres of an open canvas for smart future development. Activities currently allowed on the property include catch and release fishing, ball play, and exercise activities.
